Product & Service Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Pathwyz Career Coaching Program ("Program") offered by Career Connectors Network Inc. ("CCN," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement").

If you do not agree with these terms, you cannot purchase or access any of our Digital Products or Online Courses. We may change these Terms at any time, and by continuing to use or access our website and services, you accept those changes.

1. ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE FOR BUYERS OF OUR PRODUCTS ONLINE

These Additional Terms of Service for Buyers ("Terms") apply to all clients and customers, or potential clients and customers of Career Connectors Network Inc. ("we, us, our").

These Terms, together with the Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions or policies, including our Privacy Policy, form an Agreement between you and us ("Agreement").

2. PRODUCT USE AND AVAILABILITY

You must only use any of our products and services in accordance with our instructions. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of information, product availability, or promotions. Some Digital Products or Online Courses may have limited availability or be restricted to certain regions or groups.

We reserve the right to:

• Change or update information, availability, and promotions at any time.

• Modify prices, descriptions, or discontinue Digital Products and Online Courses.

3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Digital Products are delivered immediately upon purchase, or over a set period if the Online Course is scheduled over time. Please note that there are inherent risks associated with downloading digital products. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for Digital Products and Online Courses must be made through the available Payment Methods. Special offers or discount coupons must be applied at the time of purchase; they cannot be applied retroactively.

If payment is made in installments, you authorize us to deduct any outstanding fees from your provided credit or debit card.

For subscription-based services, billing will occur on a monthly basis. You must notify us a minimum of 3 business days ahead of the start of the next billing cycle if you wish to cancel your subscription.

5. MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNTS

To purchase an Online Course, you are required to create a membership account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and for all activities that occur under your account.

All personal information provided during account creation will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. CONSUMER GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS

Under U.S. law, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees, such as the guarantee that the Digital Products and Online Courses are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the description we provide on our website.

If the products fail to meet a consumer guarantee, please notify us promptly via email.

We do not provide refunds for a change of mind or for issues arising from your failure to follow our instructions. Refunds are only available where required by law.

7. CANCELLATIONS

All sales for our products and services  are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law. Once an order has been processed or a course has been confirmed, cancellations are not possible.

In the event of changes to course schedules or cancellations, we will notify you promptly and may offer you a transfer to a future course.

For subscription-based services, billing will occur on a monthly basis. You must notify us a minimum of 3 business days ahead of the next billing cycle if you wish to cancel your subscription. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in your being billed for the following month.

8. TERMINATION

We may refuse to provide Digital Products or Online Courses or any of our other products and services to you at any time, for any reason. If you breach this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our website, services, and any products.

9. MARKETING AND TESTIMONIALS

By submitting photos, videos, testimonials, or case studies, you grant Career Connectors Network Inc. permission to use them for marketing purposes, including but not limited to publications, social media, and professional awards.

You assign full and complete copyright ownership to us for any such materials, and understand that these materials may be used across various media.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided to you by Pathwyz in any format is protected by copyright and belongs to Career Connectors Network Inc. and its associates unless otherwise noted.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use our materials for your personal use only. Copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, licensing or otherwise exploiting any part of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. RELIANCE ON ADVICE DISCLAIMER

While we provide valuable information in our Digital Products and Online Courses, we make no guarantees concerning the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this content. The materials provided should not be considered a substitute for independent professional advice. We recommend obtaining professional advice before making any decisions.

12. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Connectors Network Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website, products or services.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement, including misuse of intellectual property or failure to comply with guidelines.

13. IF THERE IS A DISPUTE

In the event of a dispute, both parties commit and agree to seek resolution the issue(s) reasonably and amicably. If the issue(s) cannot be resolved, all parties agree to seek the help of an independent professional arbitrator or dispute resolution specialist based in Arizona.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and all parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Arizona courts.

15. DEFINITIONS

Our products and services include

• Digital Products: Any downloadable or accessible product through our website, including coaching materials, templates, or other content.

• Online Courses: Digital learning programs delivered by Career Connectors Network Inc..

• Future offerings yet to be created

Claim: Any legal action, including demands or awards, related to the use of our Digital Products or services.

By purchasing you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions for the Pathwyz Career Coaching Program offered by Career Connectors Network Inc..
